In an earlier speech made by World Bank President Robert B. Zoellick pointed the end and a new start of an economic era. A multi-polar system of economy has emerged with the end of the so-called 'Third Worlds", or countries that need much help and funding to other international institution like the world bank or other foreign aid to survive. The so called third worlds became the new economic powers, pointing in many directions, where some has already establish their upward growth while other are still looking for ways to unleash their potentials. Some countries in Asia, Middle East, and Africa have incomes that exceeds pre-crisis level unlike the most developed ones that is still trying to get their economic levels on track. Poverty is still present but they are greatly lessened as more jobs became available on the previous third-world. This also increased the population of the so called 'middle class' or those people that earns more than their necessities. If the third worlds continue on their growth, this will mark the history as a spontaneous rise of global middle class. The rise of these class will most likely have a significant effect on the world we know today. New initiatives will be made, new values will be prioritized and would affect now things go on countries of previous third worlds. Middle class are more like to value democracy, laws, free speech, religion, compared to the less fortunate. Lets just hope that the new middle class movements will be all for the better of humanity.
